Free-Standing vs IntegratedUpdated a year ago

We offer two main types of monitor stands. Integrated, which is attached to the chassis, and Free-Standing, which is separate of the chassis.

Integrated Monitor Stands are ideal for people looking for a compact, aesthetically pleasing solution. If you plan on moving your rig often, then Integrated is what you want. Integrated Monitor Stands do have some downsides, the main being they allow vibrations from the wheelbase to transfer to the screen. They are also more limited than the Free-Standing counterpart when it comes to adjustability. As you are limited to the space you have on the chassis, it can make it more difficult to get a correct FOV using larger screens. Additionally, there are currently no single to triple upgrade kits available for our Integrated Monitor Stands.

Free-Standing is our go to for the vast majority of our builds. It allows for maximum adjustability, all while eliminating vibrations from the wheelbase. They are also expandable, as the single models can be upgraded to triple. They'll take a little more room than the Integrated models.
